I take pride in the presentation of my listings and the quality of my work. Once the listing is live, I publish to social media where I have a loyal audience. I purchase advertising on websites such as Facebook and Instagram where your home will be seen by people I've selected using targeted demographics. The traffic on my listings is consistently above-average, meaning more people will see your home when you list with me. I am a member of both the NWMLS and the OLS so your property will receive maximum exposure on all websites.
Communication
My clients never have to wonder what is going on with their listing or transaction. Ever. Anytime your home has a showing, I follow up with the agent, ask for feedback, and provide the details to you. I treat my clients how I would expect to be treated if someone was listing my own home.
Representation
I work hard to negotiate what is in your best financial interest and to protect you throughout the transaction. There are contracts, addendums, and time lines to follow. I make sure my clients understand the process while being represented in an assertive and professional manner.
